A prime example of hype that delivers. Clean, quick service, great flavor and reasonable pricing. An easy 5 stars! Be wary that "reservations" you make online are not exactly reservations but time windows you can come to shorten your wait time.
Great authentic hot pot place with amazing service and a dipping sauce station that has it all. The staff provides you with aprons and hot towels and even peel your shrimp for you! I guess that's why the prices are so high but I would definitely come back. We went at 6:30pm on a weekday and were pleasantly surprised to get seated right away (but by the time we left around 8:30pm, there was a huge line).
Excellent customer service, they strive to make your visit so pleasant they even have manicure, sudoku and mini appetizer boxes to accommodate the long wait time. While you're seated they would help cook your food and constantly check in on your needs, to ensure you're having a pleasant time and entertain you.
